Im using this event same like this, i have rank S roker, but this event only able to increase A and B tier pet. So i change my S roker to A rank roker for 50% increase rate. In my calculation 10% to S become 15% chance.. and it works to S vocal.. ❤

Not 50% get higher.
If u notice if there is no event pet. The A pet Will evolve to S pet have chance just 10%. with this event, the chance up to 50%. So 10: 2 is 5% .. so now u get 15% chance ur A pet will evelve to S quality
