Look how happy the kids look!! Welcome!!

That’s the right attitude too. You shouldn’t forget your culture and values but immigrants(immigrant children) also have to assimilate into American culture.

My best to you and your family!!

If they love Islam so much then they should have stayed in Afghanistan.

Are they coming out of those black tents atleast now? I really hope they get freedom to say what they want, do what they love. Islam is a dangerous cult mankind is facing and its only becoming more and more evident every day. I hope women leave this faith and come out as bold and dashing individuals and challenge the status quo and make a difference for the greater good(their next generations).

I find it very objectionable when people decide to conduct their religious beliefs in public spaces. Keep it in appropriate religious buildings, or in your own home please. 😠

They must think they are in heaven, living in America. Warm housing, beds, food and clothes for everyone. And the women will be free in America. Not to be forced to wear that rag on their head.

Irritating that the reporter says "you do want your kids to grow up American?" As if they can't be American and Afghan as as well and embody the positives of both cultures. Ignorant comment. Great reply by the brother.
