I feel like it didn't work out for raz cause of the inconsistencies everywhere changing managers after four months ten signings every window . If you look at his peak years in terms of performance he was in a place where there is stability and a great manager . I still feel there is a great player there but Chelsea isn't the place for him (Chelsea fan here )
