Her autobiography is phenomenal and the first one I have read by an actor that felt like a truly honest exploration of how living with Complex Trauma is after childhood sexual abuse as well as abuse in adulthood. She's brave and I'm so grateful for her honesty and for her vulnerability and truth allowing other women to understand things about themselves that perhaps they haven't ever known were a result of CSA.

What a great lady! She’s been in so many good films over the years and given several other Oscar-worthy performances (Lincoln, in particular) that you forget the amazing arc of her career. Not to mention how beautiful she still is without resorting to plastic surgery or the other forms of destroying the face you’re born with like so many aging actresses have done.
