Been using this for several weeks. Works great and my biggest issue is the channels gets easily bumped. The lock button does not lock out the channel selector.

Well I'm only going to use one antenna and that'll be the diamond or comet tri-bander I'm not going to put one antenna on for 220 and then the other one on for 2 m and 70 cm I'm just going to buy one antenna thank you for sharing it it's awesome

I'm president of the Lake Erie Amateur Radio Association in Cleveland, Ohio area. Our west-side location on a tall building has 2-meters, 220, and 440. The 220 is an Icom repeater running less power but seems to have better coverage than either of the other repeaters. But, sadly, it is not used much. In fact, most of the repeaters in this area largely quiet.

Which Tri Band you think is better? Tyt 350 or the B Tech Tri Band?

Main Trading has them on a 24 hour sale today for about $20 off what I’ve normally seen them for. Just bought one online for giggles. Thanks for the informative video.

Follow-ups would be a good idea - you could continue to do your "unboxing" or "about" videos on single radios but, yeah, the follow-ups could cover 2 or 3 radios per video, I agree. Excellent idea!

Is that a Yamaha MG06 ya got there?
Thinking about buying one for the ham shack, what do you think of it? Can't find any other mixer that runs on 12v.

The term "Type acceptance" went away a long time ago. It is now properly referred to as a "Supplier's Declaration of Conformity."

Do you Know if you can change the display on this radio to only display one band at a time instead of all 3?
