We were'nt getting an honest match, Jake Paul is a troll but brought focus to the boxing world, if Tyson beat him then Jake Paul is the joke everyone knows he is... If it was staged it would’ve ended in a KO in favor of Jake Paul. going the distance with a 60 year old does not benefit Jake Paul at all if anything Tyson did well on defense to get his $20M. Jake saying he held back is just an excuse on why he couldn’t KO an old retired boxer. He is not made for real boxers he gonna keep making money on gimmick fights with old fighters.

I think Mike Tyson was feeling the effects of being a 58 year old man. As soon as he walked in with that knee brace, I had a good idea how the fight was going to turn out. Maybe he was feeling pretty good at times during his training. Maybe that night was just not one of them for him. There's unfortunately no winning against father time. I can't stand Jake Paul and I wish Mike could've knocked the cockiness out of him, but unfortunately, Mike couldn't move around like a 20 something year old man. Fortunately, Jake showed a little bit of class by not hurting a man who looked like he was obviously hurting just moving around in the ring... at least, that's my whole take on it. At the end of the day, they both won and made a ton of money. I'm pretty sure Mike probably did all that just to make sure he leaves his kids and grandkids aplenty.

Since people bet on this fight, I think it is fair to assume it was staged.
I don't like tyson personally, but 100% I would have bet on tyson to win without any doubt!

Of course it was staged. If Tyson knocked out Paul, Paul's entire BILLION DOLLAR empire of celebrity spectacle fights loses popularity and shareholder value. Tyson made something like 40 million to fight the guy. It was IMPERITIVE for Paul to win the fight. Think about it, the dude showed up in a MILLION DOLLAR DIAMOND STUDDED SUIT. That has to be paid for.

It wasn’t staged. If it was, I’d be the first to say it. Both fighters fought defensively. Tyson fought like a 58 yr old with no reach. Paul fought to avoid getting inside & knocked out with a lucky upper cut. Paul was protecting his next big fight payday. There are tons of defensive pro fights like this in history. Don’t believe everything you read on Google especially silly clauses like “Tyson can’t knockout Paul”.

Tysons training videos don't show anything. Anyone at 58 can look decent when the videos cut up and sped up. He was never going to win, no one with any kind of real boxing or MMA training ever thought for a second Jake was going to lose.

Watch Chael sonnens take on it when it was first announced. EVERYONE who actually trains knows that there is no hope for a 58 year old man. NONE. This is why fights with 30 year age gaps don't because they're not fights. they're just beatings.
