Aiolos is underrated because not many able to see his true strengrh and potential. Saga never fear any gold saints except for Aiolos. Aiolos dodge shura excalibur many times whille holding baby Athena in his arm. Aiolos injure from the dagger use by saga to kill baby athena. Aiolos punch saga while having baby athena in his arm. Same goes how he fought 5-6 opponents before Shura appear. If baby athena does not crawl to shura. Aiolos would have won.

Shaka might have the power. But his endurance and stamina is weak. Saga can defeat him easily.

Each gold saint is powerful in their own merit and no one should underestimate any of them. We saw Aphrodite being the key fighter in Soul of Gold who made their win possible. We should never rank them and even if we do, it’s always a subjective opinion.

Camus can't even reach absolute zero, therefore, he is the weakest of the Gold Saints, since he can't break through the protection of a Gold Cloth with his attacks. And Deathmask is broken, as the Seki Shiki can't be blocked so easily, that's why Kurumada placed Athena to help Shiryu and Aiolos against that technique.
