It was a Senior Night to remember. The careers of Karl Cochran, Lee Skinner and John Swinton were celebrated before the game, and afterward, the Wofford men's basketball team celebrated a 78-52 victory in its home finale, Saturday night at Benjamin Johnson Arena.
The three seniors combined for 26 points, 17 rebounds and six assists. Cochran scored 13 points with a game-high nine rebounds, and filled up the stat sheet with an assist, a block and a steal. Skinner also scored 13 to go with seven boards and a game-high four assists. Swinton played 13 minutes in his fifth start of the season, grabbing a board and registering an assist.
The Terriers led by double figures the entire second half in what was the 100th all-time meeting between the two teams. Wofford took a 15-point cushion into the break and pushed it to as many as 29 before the final horn sounded.
