Just by simple curiosity, how much chance the package you order online on Best Buy be lost and never getting it ? I’m asking this because I want to buy something for me and few weeks ago my sister had order a iPhone on Best Buy and it never came although Best Buy said it was ordered. We tried to contact Canada post and Best Buy…..but it did ends with nothing. :(
I don’t want the same thing to happen for me.

Best Buy shipping seems to be notorious about delay and abysmal delivery date estimates. It’s been 3 days of when the package was expected and it still says delayed.

I ordered an oven based on the time. It was dented on the side donle a basketball. 150 off was the offer o a 1300 appliance. They dented my walls after i said it wouldnt fot that enternce. Awaiting my nee appliance. No calls back

Just received an order. Its in the original box. Very disappointing. No Christmas surprise for my husband as he saw the product on our porch. Also, people walking by can see what the item is...very upset.
