Because of you using a recource pack end stone bricks looks cool in this buidling. In normal resource pack it doesnt. I recommend you guys to use Quartz Bricks instead of End Stone Bricks

for the floor here's a tip:
in the chat type in
/fill (x coordinate1) (y coordinate1) (z coordinate1) x coordinate2) (y coordinate2) (z coordinate2) quartz_bricks

then send it and voila! a floor!
