Where are all the walkers and bikers that they're talking about? The city has effectively cut our lanes of traffic in half by installing or demarcating bike lanes. But where all all the bikers that warrant all this attention? I just don't see SLC becoming a big bike city. We don't have the density, proximity or weather for it.
