They went from releasing 3.5 Tiers of content for an expansion to getting the 10-man raid out 5 months after launch, Jesus.

Please update/revamp character models. We want body shape sliders. Muscular females, fat characters, thin males, etc.
Also, please update most of the dimension items. Dimensions are the best part about Rift, but they look so bad compared to games like Black Desert.
Give players enormous modular pieces for classic medieval castles. Enough that we could build 12 bedroom+ castles and have leftover item count to decorate it all.
I thoroughly enjoyed playing Rift, but it needs to catch up with how amazing other MMORPG graphics are. BDO, ESO, FFXIV

The community is pretty much fecal matter anymore.


Used to be very friendly and helpful, now nobody helps anybody do jack. They get mad at your for asking LFG for a dungeon and it not be expert because 'people only run experts'.


But, since you cannot get the regular dungeons ran to get the gear upgrades you are not geared enough to do the dang experts.

If you are like me you stopped playing before the plane of water expansion, find that going from 60 to 65 to be rather the same, then you get into this expansion and mobs have 10 times the HP as you and you can do an entire zones quests (100%) plus some extra zones events WITH rested bonus EXP and literally no even get 50% of the way towards 70 at level 69.


Not sure what happened but something needs to change.

game is broken now starting area no longer visible and most npcs dont even show up.

i honestly loved this game, it was in my opinion in a class of its own compared to other mmo's. BUT poor managment and free to play has killed the game and its playerbase. the game is dead and it will never revivie.

Sadly you need to buy too many stuff to join RIFT endgame, for me is not really F2P unless you can do endgame for free, otherwise if just a trial
