The Sofirn seems the most well rounded but the Acebeam is really nice too and looks awesome.

I think there's a strong case to be made that the P20ix, M2R Pro, and TT20 are not 21700 flashlights. None of them will operate using a standard 21700 battery, or even a semi-standard protected button-top. Instead, they require a proprietary battery with extra contacts, which cannot be used in other devices (in some cases, not even in 21700-compatible slot chargers). Of course, this is your comparison and what you include is up to you, but that might be an important fact to mention.

Thanks, great review. The Sorfirn S35 looks like a great light at a very nice price. Very light and compact. Looks like it's hard to beat for value.

This is a very well made and comprehensive description of some EDC lights on paper and price I would definitely go for the sofirn best beam distance. Good spill mid range run time well made and very good price what more can anybody ask for . I never ever go by name or manufacturers .most of them are over priced. Keep they videos coming.

I use the E70 daily and nightly. I sell roofing so it works perfectly for attic inspections along with lighting up the entire side of a house at night for pictures

Excellent review on all of these lights. My favorite was the Nitecore P20iX. I work security so for me it would be a great compromise between throw and flood with single handed use due to the switches on the endcap.

Super big fan of throwers and Sofirn and the SP35 would be my top choice here! Keep up the good work with these awesome comparison videos (the distance markers in this video are really helpful for scale and understanding)

The Acebeam E70 is like the Lambo of flashlights .
This is should be under museum glass . So beautiful .

Excellent review! The ThruNite TT20 is a great light and now you have convinced me to buy the ThruNite T2 as well. Having both will give me the best of both worlds, throw & flood, depending on what is needed at any given moment. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Nice review... my favorite 21700 light is one you didn’t have the Fenix PD36R... my favorite light of the ones you reviewed is the Olight M2R... keep up the great work 👍

That Trunite TT20 is a nice Flashlight, the form factor is probably one of the best IMO for EDC, the price is also very attractive (looks like allot of light for your buck). The MR2 Warrior also has a very nice form factor for EDC. The Nitecore P20iX has allot to be desired, especially when comparing it to the Nitecore i4000R that is very similar but with some enhancements like instead of having a rubber cover to open the USB, you have a ring you rotate to expose the USB. Very informative video. I was waiting for this video on 21700 EDC flashlights.

I like the Olight M2R the best because of its throw length. I live in a semi rural area and we have lots of criters visiting us at night and it would be nice to positively identify them at as great a distance as possible.

Amazing, thorough review.
I watched it all and listened very closely. I caught two discrepancies, at 7:00 & 9:21.
The stated specs were different from the text on the screen.
Thank you for the time you put into making this informative comparison. I still stand behind my M2R Pro as being the best of the bunch. That 50 day runtime at 1 lumen seems the most practical to me. In fairness, my opinion may be a bit biased because out of your lineup here, the M2R Pro is the only one I own. If I win your extremely generous giveaway, I’d choose the Nitecore P20iX, as that one has been on my radar/wish list lately. Good luck to everyone who enters! 💪🏼✌🏼

Love the comparison of turbo, mid and ultra low ("moonlight") modes. Very useful, practical info 👍🏼

My favorite EDC would be the Thrunite T2 with its high output and floody beam pattern. The compact size and affordable price also make it quite the attractive proposition!

Great points for an easy to digest comparison. I'd go with the Thrunite T2. Thanks for doing this!

This video is exactly what I need, after picking an 18650 light. I've been looking for a thrower, and I think the Olight M2R Pro Warrior is favourite here.

That olight is sharp boyyyy. Wish you included a Fenix light. I just got the Fenix tk20r v2.0 and it’s small, lightweight and 3000 lumens with almost 500m throw and plenty of flood too. Amazing light.

I had a hard time choosing, but I would pick the Acebeam E70! 🙂
