Worth getting this just for the achievement tiles since that concept helps barenpark have more replayability then base king domino.

Bought 2 copies, discarding extras. 1 is mixed with Kingdomino, and stickered. 1 is mixed with Queendomino, and stickered. We play with all of it! Good times!

Can you use elements of the expansion separately from each other? Can you use the achievement tiles, but not the giants? Can you use the 5th player, but not the giants? Just curious. Thanks for the review.

Does this integrate with both Kingdomino and Queendomino? For instance can you put all three games together and play one game? would it change the board size for each player and add more players? (So does it go to 7 players if you play all the games together)

Hello guys and Thanks Zee for the review. I bought it and tried to play combined with Kingdomino.

I don't understand how many tiles I have to use with the 2 or 3 or 4 players configuration.... all Kingdomino + the 12 Age of Giants? ...use all of it don't determine the number of rounds and you don't now when to stop. I mean, ok when you reach the 5x5 configuration but remains a lot of tiles in the dispenser.

Have I to play with just 24 Kingdomino tiles + the 12 Age of Giants??

The same for 3 or 4 configuration??

I'm a little confused...

I'm still unsure how the footprint mechanic causes the giants to be removed, and how it is determined which player receives the giant.

Have you tried playing with all three games combined? I have both King and Queen, but have not tried combining them yet.

I own both Kingdomino and Queendomino, but I won't buy this expansion. Sending a giant to another player is direct 'attack' which doesn't fit the nature of this game; the bonus objectives end up being restrictions that forces to build your kingdom in a certain way, which also feel against the nature of the original game. I own other games with mechanics that directly target specific players, but to me Kingdomino feels better without that addition. Stealing good tiles from another player's nose is cruel enough ;P
