I love seeing a balanced diet that actually includes all the macronutrients. Especially when it is actually realistic to make.

I love your personality and your approach to nutrition. You manage to eliminate a lot of the anxiety that seems often to go hand-in-hand with diet.

I'm a little surprised to see no snacks. My sister is T1D and she usually needs at least one a day

My husband's daughter is a type 1, She was diagnosed under 10yr old. I worry for her as she doesnt eat regularly nor does she keep a regular sleep schedule. She will go almost all day until she eats. Recently she said she doesn't have an appetite as much and only eats very small meals. She is a petite girl, but she has been losing a bit more weight. She is 20 now.

My husband is a diabetic who has to watch his potassium and calcium intake as well. Makes things interesting when you go out for dinner. 😂

Love your content! It’s my “go to” when I’m getting ready in the morning. Hoping for more videos where you make your spin on what others eat in a day. ❤

As a bro who hates avocados, I really struggle to be inspired by most WIEIADs. Anything I can substitute them for that has similar hunger crushing combo qualities?

What would be the best option for someone like me that was recently declared cancer free? I'd like to stay cancer free but I don't know what to eat.

As the wife of a T1 diabetic, can you also show the sugary stuuf that your daughter has to consume to keep her sugar from crashing? I am so tires of being told my T1 husband shouldn't have sugar as he'll die without it.

I really love Abbey’s videos. She’s awesome. But lots of content creators in this sphere seem to misunderstand what “body checking” really is. It’s not someone filming themselves looking in the mirror. Body checking is a symptom of anorexia and involves scrutinizing your body, usually in private — pinching skin in various spots to check for fat, sucking in your stomach and making sure your ribs are prominent, pulling at neck/under chin, getting into a ton of poses to view yourself in the mirror at as many angles as possible… ect. It’s not cute and it’s not flattering. It’s not something meant to be witnessed by others. Not trying to nitpick! I swear! But as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, I’ve been feeling the need to clear up any confusion over that term.

"a body check." Lord, women are allowed to be proud of their bodies. The misogyny of unhappy women on the Internet claiming otherwise is pathetic.

Bread and rice aren't ideal at all for t1d. Traditional "balance" isn't right for everyone.
