Mobius action cam! The FULL HD 1080p mini cam preview

Just a very quick video showing 1080p @ 30fps on the Mobius mini cam. This is the first mini cam I have found to actually have a genuine 1080p resolution at 30fps for less than £50 (British). A fantastic little bit of kit and one I will be using often!

I have a mount I bought off Ebay, it was for a sony contour camera with a silicone pad that would stick on your dashboard. I removed the pad and drilled holes in it and mounted it on a baseball cap. I run an RC desert truck and this allows me to control the model hand free of the camera. It looks where I am looking.

Excellent video. very helpful. The HD resolution is mind blowing. I am curious to know how you focus the camera. Especially when you want to focus on closer objects. I mean, how are you sure you are framing it right and getting what you really want to capture.The shot inside the car (rear view mirror) was almost perfectly framed. When it is in such a close range, what help do you get from the camera in framing the scene.? I did not see any  visual aid for framing. Or is it just a catch as catch can situation developed instinctively ? Thanks for sharing the nice test.  Everybody uses it as a bike, car, action camera. Have you tried taking some interviews from close/mid range for a change? Regards.

How does one install the Mobius in a car in a way that the camera is capturing the space in front of the car that is desired rather than just guessing. would it be possible to connect to a laptop inside the car in order to find the best site and angle.?

What class SD card do you use? I'm using a class 4 at the moment and I'm wondering if it's worth buying a class 10 to improve the quality?
