Accidentally or not, *criminal charges* should be filed for those responsible for the loss of lives.
The ship was 🇸🇬 Singaporean-flagged and Singaporean-owned.
- this same vessel had failed its propeller and involved in a similar accident few years back.

If only the Key bridge was built with adequate protection we all wouldn't be here. This bridge was built about the same time the Betsy Ross Bridge was built, however our bridge was built with huge dolphins on each side. How the Key bridge was built without them I will never understand.

*paraphrasing* a dot executive said that there are 17 thousand critical failure bridges in America. Bridges where one point of failure can bring down the whole thing. Shouldn't there now be a review of these bridges to bring focus and preventative measures to prevent another critical event? Dolphins - concrete barriers - could have stopped this destruction. How many more bridges need this protective measure.
