My name is Bella, I live in NYC (Manhattan) but I was born and raised in Denmark. At a very early age of 15 I got into fitness, I used to live in the country, and I was bored so hey why not join the gym and lift some weights right? I went through a little calisthenic phase and surprisingly got really addicted to it, but I’ve now balanced it out with the gym and weightlifting. Constantly learning new and better ways to train the human body and I drive to teach and help you to do the same.
I believe in a functional, symmetric, and balanced physique. And I have a huge interest in constantly improving that. (for not to mention growing the glutes!)
I enjoy posting anything that has to do with self improvement, health & fitness stuff, teaching, and of-course clothing & keeping yourself looking top notch. :D

A bit random but can you do a best leggings brand for workouts? I feel like all my leggings never stay up when I’m working out.

Hi what’s up beautiful viewers! Bringing y’all a full body workout today using SLIDERS! Honestly in my opinion one of the most underrated equipment! I’m telling you they’ll make your body work together like never before! Perfect at home equipment or travel equipment to get in a workout anywhere anytime!
Also a great tool to use in between your bigger movements for both abs, upper and lower body!

Full body workout:
•Reverse-Curtsy-Front lunges 6 Reps
•Single Arm Slide Push Ups 8 Reps
•Hamstring Curls 8 Reps
•Mountain Climbers 12 Reps
•Side Lunges 8 Reps
•Plank Walks min. 10 Steps front + back

Repeat at least 3 times as a circuit.
