Met Mick Foley at a circus when I was a kid and he ripped off a piece off of the box his kfc popcorn chicken and signed it for me. Wish I still had it.

He’s seriously one the most underrated wrestlers ever. Great on the mic and had really fun matches. He could sell so great.

11:12 "Undertaker committed, not just to his character but to mine".
I think it's rare to see a wrestler commit to another wrestlers character, yet it creates magic. These days, they're usually all about themselves and how they can stay on top by burying others.

I was still disgusted as to how WCW didn't capitalize on the incident where Cactus Jack's ear got ripped off by Vader and turned it into a huge storyline!!! That is every bookers dream!!! No wonder WCW went out of business..

I know it may not seem it, but Mick Foley has got to be one of the GOATS of wrestling.
How many other wrestlers have been 3 characters at the same time.
His characters Mankind, Dude Love and Cactus Jack often fought 2 full on matches each night

Those early mankind promos were dark as hell. When he debuted he used to literally give me the creeps, what with living in the boiler room and choking out Jim Ross, I feel like that part of his career is super underrated

I met Mick at Frank&Sons Show at a meet and greet years ago and he was so nice. My friend came with me and he had forgotten his wallet in the car and subsequently couldn't pay for a ticket. After my friend realized this, he began to leave the line, and then Mick said that he didn't want to leave anyone out, told him to come back, and then signed his stuff and talked to him for free. He's one of the kindest and most intelligent people in the business.

As a kid I watched Mankind and was freaked out. Especially because he was the only one that could take it to The Undertaker.

Undertaker's career elevated from the Making feud also.
It was also the rivalry that kept The World Wrestling Federation kept afloat in 1996.

Met Mick last year at NYCC, kinda gratifying to know that he lived in Huntington, Long Island for a while where a lot of my family is from. Also I have a photo of me holding a barbed wire bat against his head while he screams in pain and I'm roaring into the camera. Great shit.

I could listen to Mick Foley talk forever. Thank god for JR and The Undertaker because Foley isn't just good- he's the best.

Seriously though, it's tragic listening to how Vince was back then (listening to what people have to say, taking notes, changing plans to make them better) in light of how he is now (pushing stupid gimmicks, never listening to anyone, interfering in everything to make changes to suit his own preferences). It's hard to believe they're still the same man.
