With Princess, "app" means "app"arently it will often not work right....

Hello. We are on the Good Food at Sea cruise on Sky Princess. Looking forward to it and hope all the demos and talks don’t get booked up too quickly.

We’re also taking my 81-year old mum on her first cruise. Let’s hope the weather is kind to us.

I just go off of the 32 day South Pacific cruise on the Sapphire Princess, Sabatini's was excellent. All of the food was made as you ordered. The Medallion only worked in the main areas of the ship for Ocean delivery. It was a great trip, entertainment was superb.

On the Princess app., I'm no longer Elite.🤣This has happened before & I magically return to my Elite loyalty level when I get to the embarkation port. Also on my b2b on the Regal I have 2 different rooms. On the app it only shows my 2nd cruise cabin number, Not the first. But the time line is both cruises combined🤷‍♂. I wanted to make sure my luggage made it to the right room so I checked on the website & yes, it's showing the 2 different cabins.

I’m going to Alaska in September. I was unable to book dinner etc. Princess said update app on June 17. After the 17 we will be able to book dinner, excursions etc.

I had the calzone at Alfredo's on the Regal last month. I had a dinner salad and apple torte with vanilla sauce for dessert. The calzone was very good and a lot of food for just me. It would have been better with a marinara dipping sauce. I didn't ask. Maybe it was available. 👍for Alfredo's.

Hi Allison, when I log into my Princess App using my booking number it will just show that cruise. When I log into the Princess App using my screen name and password my App shows all 3 of my cruises. Just an FYI

I'm surprised the Love Boat themed cruise hasn't sold out yet. Both of the last ones did, even the one that was delayed.

I did most of the in depth reservations such of dining reservations, excursions, etc. on Princess Web site. The app worked okay on our cruise. We were on Sky Princess May 5th to May 19th.

I just canceled an Oct. Cruise on the Saffire Princess. I replaced it with a Panama Canal cruise on the Emerald Princess.

I tried booking some shore excursions for a Princess cruise and couldn’t do it. I never have problems with the Celebrity or Holland America apps.

I miss the 80s themed cruises that Princess put on from 2021 to 2023. 😢

My current frustration with the app is that it doesn't recognize we are in a suite, and therefore wants to charge us for the complimentary speciality dining on embarkation night. My phone call to Princess was of no help! "Just make your reservation one you are onboard" they said.

Looking at the Ketchikan Alaska lumberjack show for 2025. Only one show time is coming up on Princess' excursion. Will other times show up closer or do they have only one time?
