Ty an easier way to get the coconut meat is to use a heavy machete and cut through the coconut..Cut it in 3 pieces from the hole to the back and then you can easily scrape or "dig" out the coconut meat from the shell..

Seriously...you are like an angel to me :D I would like to see more of your recipes :D I live in Bangladesh so things like coconut milk and agave are not available.Even if i find these, they turn out to be very expensive :( .But your alternative to agave and this recipe of coconut milk made things a bit easy for me.I just can't thank you enough :')
