Uchirtai gurav (учиртай 3) literally means mysterious/ suspicious 3. The phrase started to be more popular bcz of an opera called "uchirtai gurvan tolgoi" which is about love triangle.
But the Hu's song sounded like a sarcastic criticism about Lord, Lady and Noble man. I couldn't really catch the whole lyrics though.
