It's very easy to describe: its the consistency of Angel Food Cake or Cotton Candy but it's not always sweet, but kinda salty with a hint of coconut. The ones that ARE sweet are taken just as they begin to sprout and then they're almost the same taste as a bowl of cereal milk... you kno, the milk we used to drink after we ate our sweet breakfast cereal.

My grandma sent me like 12 coconut this month. About 3 to 4 coconut were sprouted. These coconut stayed under bed for long time. She also sent about 7 fresh coconut

This video reminds me of my childhood. Im a Bengali so we observe puja, a religious festival. During durga Puja, coconut cookies are made and a lot of times this kind of coconut came. I used to eat a lot of those when i was child. Now im in Europe and I didn’t taste it for years.
