I bought this phone for my daughter and I like everything about it except that no matter what I do to the settings, everything uses the default notification sound. No idea how to fix it

I've had this device for about a month now. Love the battery, It's killer, If you use the Charger that comes with the phone its nearly a quick charge. If you use something else, it will take longer, I haven't noticed any bleed through on the screen . I do watch a lot of youtube. Speakers are ok. My issue has been the software. I do keep getting an error message. Thanks for the video!!

I have this device how ever I have a 32G SD card in it and I'm having some problem I can't save any of my games or movies on the SD card it self even though I format the card. How can I fix this?

you have to turn down the phone volume to 70 or 80% to keep your headphones from turning off and on every BLU phone I've had does that if you have the volume maxed out. Beware of updates they tend to softbrick the phone

When you buy a Blu phone it takes a while for you to get used to it especially if you are a person who used LG products or Samsung products or even Apple products like the iPhone just give the give this phone a chance

Bought this smartphone about 2 months ago and I had problems with products ads.  I use my smartphone just to talk with friends on whatsapp and watching videos on YouTube. I don't play games on smartphone. I did hard reset several times, but this problem only stopped after disabling the Blu Help and the Start app. But now there´s a new updating for the Android but for some reason my Blu Studio xl 2 can not accept It because It says I did a root. Thing is: I never did a root, just hard reset on my smartphone... The hard reset I did after receiving an email from Service Blu Products and they said I should do that to solve the problem. But it didn't work...

you got a defective Blu studio xl2 I had 3 already and this is a great phone. I purchased them for 150 new and 75 used.

Kindly assist. Am about to purchase one of these however, I am not seeing data connection as an option from the pull/drop down menu. Am thinking it may be fake. Can anyone say whether this is an option on theirs? There is another way to enable it but I don't believe this is consistent with my Blu experience. I've always had this option on my blu phones, except this one. Feedback is appreciated.

The reason you couldn't update it, if it's like mine, it came with a trojan on it. The trojan is installed in the system and can't be removed by normal virus removers. Webroot found it. Bitdefender found another, and removed it, but not the one that Webroot found. This was a new phone with no additional apps installed! I got suspicious when I was getting pop ups, before installing any apps. I'm not the only one. Go ahead and check your device.

I've owned several Blu products. Send it back and say headphone jack doesn't work. Amazon will send you a new one. Blu quality hit and miss.
I almost bought this phone and the day I went to buy it was one day sale on Blu R1 Plus for 109, so I settled for it. Mine had touch screen issues which software update fixed for all. No case in my box, but they mailed me one. My Blu Pure XL was the best phone I've ever owned, but died after 10 months and the warranty replacement didn't last 3 months with no drops, their charger. no spills, no funky spps, just started turning itself on and off while not in use until battery died. After recharging and factory reset, the screen no longer registers touch, so can't set it up.
And that was their most expensive flagship. I have six other smartphones going back 10 years and all still work. Blu has been my only problem phone.

bought this smartphone about 2 days ago, sound quality is ok but I expected more about the camera.  I mean it's a 13.0 megapixels, It shouldn't take blurry photos. And there are lags while I'm typing on the touch screen. I don't know If it's normal...

yes yes yes the speaker is in the back - that makes no sense - you lay the phone down and the speaker is covered up and it's too low. big battery or not - that speaker issue is a really issue for me and should be for all of us. I don't care that it's not one of the major name phones - I should be able to hear it.
