EDIT: As a British Indian I can see both sides of this and I just feel like looking at this from a western perspective it was very uncomfortable to watch, I am certain Sara felt uncomfortable and weirded out because in western media if celebrities do not know each other they keep it professional but Ranveer was doing the exact opposite as he kept touching her and calling her babe etc. it was just creepy, she is just being polite but she definitely is not used to this. It may be common behaviour in Bollywood and seen as cute and flirty but he is just being weird and she is not responding to his 'gestures'. you could say he is being 'extra friendly' but this isn't what friends do he is literally staring at her lol.
