It's either Mr.Smith or the Butler;
Mr.Smith cannot look at the stars with his telescope as if there are no stars out the sky during evening(it is too early for stars to appear), and about the Butler:
He went to the wine cellar to get some wine for their meal, he might have drank some and have said that he only grabbed wine for dinner but didn't say he drank it...(Wine has bad effects that can result to a murder, it also gives memory loss to consumers which i could tell is the reason he said he only grabbed wine and didn't drink them)

The butler cut the Ms.Smith and use a grinder to make her into a sausage, the chef cooked her, and the maid cleaned the blood, the gardener buried her bladder and kidney’s and the police was the one who ate the sausage for breakfast. This was all planned by Mr.Smith because he knew that Ms.Smith secretly found out he was cheating on her. Also Mr.Smith obviously helped the gardener. 😅 Sorry, I definitely am a psychopath… 😊
