I use the parchment liners wrong size but it works for me....i put them under the crisper plate

What I need to know is how to stop food from splattering grease upwards. I have used liners before and they are great for keeping the lower parts of the airfryer basket clean but grease still spatters upwards and gets on the sides of the basket above the liners and under the heating element and fan

Shouldn't the paper be under the grate? Because the way you have it is preventing the air circulating from underneath and also stopping all the oil dropping away? I know it's absorbing a bit of oil but it will also be causing some pooling of oil?

I don't know for sure but I've tried both ways and right at the bottom underneath the grate seems better and more logical to me.

I have the large twin basket Ninja and tonight we made airfried chicken thighs, chorizo and potatoes with the racks removed. After cooking i put a squeeze of washing up liquid in each one, filled with cold water a left for an hour before rinsing them out with hot Job done, they're non stick and an absolute dream to clean regardless of what you're cooking!
