Visited twice to see seafever gigs at cinemac, got to say see Ian curtis memorial ians resting place etc..lovely town, and the people so friendly also.

Lovely to see Macclesfield again. Used to visit regularly. Miss the organ/keyboard shop that used to be there. Btw it's worth checking out the Bollington trails along the middlewood way.

Grew up there in the 90s and not been back since. Still looks the same but back then nothing was closed down. Pound land used to be mcdonalds too

No disrespect but I grew up in Mac and left in 1990 and since then all I have noticed is a constant decline in the Town Centre. Shocked on my return this year to find the Town centre empty and full of boarded up shops. Even the town hall looked dirty with moss and mold and rotting wood and graffiti everywhere on boarded up shop fronts even with unfinished and dangerous shop frontage. Seriously it was heartbreaking 💔 to see.
