How To Really Get the Most Out of Your New Employees

Everyone gives Millenials and Gen Z workers a lot of undeserved hate for being entitled and lazy. Grouping all people of an entire generation into these categories is not only unfair but inaccurate. There are plenty of driven young workers who love the grind and want to make a lot of money and there is an equal amount of value work-life balance over a big paycheck, the same as every other generation before them. To really get the most out of your employees, it takes a genuine interest in their priorities and accommodating to them as they change with time. You can't treat all employees the same and expect the same return from all of them. They are individuals with different wants, needs, and aspirations. There is no one size fits all solution.

As a gen z kid getting good at social media is just a matter of being in the community and contributing to it until you become unavoidable.

Also like Gary said, treat your employees like humans and good shit happens. Weird I know.
