Im unable to properly balance my sony a6500 and sony 18-105g lens. Can you give me some pointers please? The camera returns to the center when tilted to the left and right during balancing. Tilting back and forward is balanced fine

been reading some issues with the aircross from some buyers( people have bought and only used 2-3 times and it then not powering on or being able to stabilize, while another said he/she got it used it for a test run and then when it came time to use for a job it broke completely). So is the aircross sturdy enough for long time use? Another question i have is will this be able stabilize sony a6300 using sigma 30mm, 16mm or a sony 50mm lens? thank you!

Hello! Why is your tech support not answering questions? Your product Moza Aircross is very good. But Mobile app for android constantly breaks the connection with the device. I wrote an appeal to technical support, but did not receive an answer!

I don't see anything about compatibility with Olympus cameras. Will it be usable with an Olympus E-M1 mark 2? In particular for motion timelapsing.
