Thanks. On all of my apple devices, I have the brightness at the lowest setting and it would often go up and bother my eyes because my eyes are very sensitive

I turned off my auto brightness
But sometimes when I exit out of certain apps it puts my brightness down even without auto brightness
please help

If you can’t find it here’s a tip:
Go to accessibility
Go to “display & text size”
Scroll down and you’ll find auto brightness 🔅 turn it off

Was easy to find on iPhone X but i have iPhone 12, i was not able to find it, but i searched or “Auto brightness” in settings and i got it.

Totally worked! Go to Accessibility, then Display and there u can turn off the last option at the bottom of the screen, Auto Brightness. Thank you!!!
