Reckon some of the Things they say about the diversity. In "my" clan (it's kind of mine since i started it and quickly got 2 of my best friends from the other clan to join) we are from all over Europe. So our commander is from Croatia, the 1st deputy is from Poland and i'm from northern Norway.
We started it mainly because in our previous clan we felt that People had different kinds of ambitions. Me and the 2 others wanted to climb to at least Gale and play minimum 4-5 games a week. Sadly most didnt take it so seriously, and wouldnt use the teamtalk, so it just got so frustrating.
Now i feel confident since we have recruited some good players, and average WR is nearly 55%. Next season will be more of a experiment. Find players who work in division and both got skills and knows how to communicate. We have just expanded the clan so got some free space, so if you are a good player (+52%), got a good spirit and english vocabulary.
