In this video we will discuss both the common and not so common arming methods for DSC alarm systems. We will describe and demonstrate each.

While most people are familiar with the basic Stay and Away modes, we will also review No Entry Delay Stay Arm, Night Zone Arming and the Quick Exit feature.

That's a somewhat unusual one.. My guess though is that your frequency clock is set wrong. In the US it should be 60hz and in other areas it's 50hz. The clock keeps time based electrical frequency. I don't know what location this is off hand, but it's in international settings.

Night no entry is actually the 6th arming method. There is also a secret 7th arming method I like to call Maximum and it is away no entry. To activate this secret method, arm in away and press star 9 while in exit delay I think.

Can you explain how to set a function key for night arm on a PowerSeries alarm? I can't seem to figure out the right setting.

Can you make a video on how to add a delay to a motion PIR sensor? ie. When the system is armed in Away Mode, when the PIR sensor trips, it gives 30 seconds to enter the access code to deactivate the alarm.

EDIT:

I've figured it out. We need to program the attribute as delay zone.

Sir, my DSC power series clock time gets behind 4 hours automatically every 24 hours. How to solve this problem?
