There is no way they could have kept straight-faces with Robin AND Gilbert in the room, and as if Robin couldn't embody Genie enough...he's wearing blue, also it's amazing how Frank is able to make animal noises in general.

Listening to Frank Welker's normal speaking voice I just noticed didn't he play Fred in Scooby Doo?
(I'm so used to his animal creature sounds and various character voices I forgot what his normal voice sounded like. Also I knew he played Abu but I didn't realize he also played like half of the 40 thieves 🤣)
