I don't know how to explain it, but I'm using Zymal lactose free milk. I can make the most perfect looking milk that has a really nice froth to it. (white paint looking)

The problem I'm having is that when I pour it to do the art, I always have a big blob of froth that comes out first instead of a nice stream of milk like the videos.

Then when the cup starts getting to the halfway mark it starts pouring a nice stream of milk, but when I go to do the art, I still have a little froth to work with, but it does not come out thin and smooth.

I have tried so many ways to fix this and nothing works. I have tried stretching the milk less at the start or the other way around, making sure to tap and swirl the milk before I pour, ext..

Is this noticeably different to the regular Oatly if you don't froth it? I just use a cafetiere and pour a splash of milk into the mug after.

That milk is great for just latte art however it’s filled with canola oil. If you’re not willing to sacrifice health for latte art than they are much better and healthier options of oat milk out there
