I’ve had mine for 3 months now I think, got like maybe 500 hours used on it or so, no issues.

I cannot recommend the Envision Pro at all. I purchased it two weeks ago, and after a firmware update via iCue (Scuf is now owned by Corsair), the controller won't even turn on. The support form resembles a puzzle - some pages are in German, some in English. The absurd part is they request an approval number, but there's no description of where to find it specifically for the Envision. I'm curious when the support will respond because apparently, you can't simply return a defective controller; instead, you have to contact an apparently overwhelmed support team.

I had issues with mine after a couple months ..i got it for christmas ...i sent it in for an exchange ..didnt use the exchange but they just updated it 10 days ago to not need icue at all and its god tier now

it’s a huge L back paddles stop working whenever the software wants it to and the hardware profiles don’t work 🙃

Woukd love to purchase this or the turtle beach stealth but ive heard too many complaints about the software and UI and crashes.. might as well wait for the elite series 3 at least i know microsofts software will actually work and the UI will be easy to navigate lol

Mine came with right stick issues. I barely press it down and it actuates. I use it to crouch in most games. My Power A Fusion Pro v1 that I still have doesn’t have this issue. I’m going to be sending it back and continue to use my Power A controller until it breaks. It’s been over 2 years and it works like new.

The Envision feels amazing but I had to return it unfortunately.

The Icue software does not work and constantly forgets my paddle mappings etc.

Triggers stop working mid game and often had to restart my PC for anything to work.

Scuf support isn’t saying much and hundreds of ppl have the same issues on Reddit.

I’ll definitely cop again once they fix it tho

The x box series 2 poor response times solved for me with the PC wireless adapter, as Bluetooth it ran so poor.

Bought one and have used it for a week, random trigger fires and clicks going through menus. Probably the most uncomfortable controller I’ve used in a while. Sticks are nice though.

The envision runs on iCue software that is absolutely terrible. If it wasn’t for that, I’d buy one. Hopefully scuf realizes this and ditches Corsair’s shit software. Cause god knows, Corsair won’t fix it…

edit: I didn’t know Corsair owns Scuf now… that sucks

I want to get a "pro" controller but am scared to put in 200 with all of the stick drift and bad customer support horrors. I like the idea of the magnetic sticks and triggers so that it'll never wear out but no proper reputable brands make them yet 😢
