I have the same saws, a dovetail saw and a tenon saw. I think the dovetail saw is amazing, it starts easily, cuts fast and with the weight of the brass it does almost everything by itself. The crosscut saw is also great, a little too aggressive maybe (13 tpi). I am very happy with both.

Beautiful saws. Will that leather saw wallet be too small for a 14 inch pax 1776 tenon saw?

I've got two PAX 1776 14 inch saws with closed handles - 15cc, 13 rip and a 12 inch PAX 1776 dovetail. Havent tried them yet, but I like their heft. Small imperfections on 2 of them, but they are tools after all. Cheers from Bulgaria

I have a Pax dovetail saw with a broken handle. . .can I get a replacement handle for it?
