REI bicycle techs do an excellent job adjusting the derailleurs and truing the wheels. Once you've installed the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel, you are ready to roll.

What about having to do adjustments? Should the derailleur need any adjustments on a new bike? Also, in the beginning you mentioned something about needing a tool for front shock absorbers?

You may want to make a video showing initial brake set up, with adjustments for rim and disc brakes. Also a video detailing derailleur adjustments (i.e. high/low limit screws, cable tension, etc.). This could be confusing and could cause problems for people, but could also alleviate some frustration too.

Thank you for the video but you did not explain why the extra tools you've listed in the beginning of the video may be needed, save for the wrench and the pumps, though the latter is self-explanatory.
