Jackie Evancho's Best has a different Australian recording of this performance they call the proper audio on You Tube. It is a better reproduction of what this song actually sounded like. On YouTube the Aussie version is "Jackie Evancho-National Anthem-Trump Inauguration-Proper Audio" and reveals that the ABC News sound engineers did a poor job of recording this performance

Even Beyonce noticed how bad the inaugural sound system is. It sounds like Jackie swallowed one of the low notes which sopranos sometimes do when singing this song in this key in the cold and raid. The only way to avoid this is to have a mezzo-soprano like Ayla Brown and/or a contralto like Anastasia Lee Johnson sing in this key but then you have to forego the big high notes that Jackie nailed. A better and more spectacular solution is to have all three young ladies sing this song as a trio and really challenge the Marine band. The mezzo and contralto would cover the low notes and perhaps sing a little harmony when Jackie sings the big high notes. With that much vocal muscle the trio could sing all four verses on the national anthem even if it was snowing.
