just listening to the Chekov master class with Lisa Dalton and Sarah Kane on speech gestures and words, the life in words are Mantras, the power in words is the life in words which all remind me of Mantra .Now I understand how words can heal, Thank you again and again, this Chekov technique allows me to evolve its a form of self realization.

Like always it is such an inspiring, loving exchange about Michael Chekhov and Rudolf Steiner Speech Work. I'm deeply honored to work with this work because for there is some much links between this two works, it is one for me! That’s the thing, if it’s disappearing then it shouldn’t be behind paywalls or through workshops! Sarah Kane should really write a book that could help teach this
