January 24, 2022 Public Safety and Finance Committee Meeting

This meeting was held remotely pursuant to and in accordance with the new Section 7(e) of the Open
Meetings Act, which was recently added to the Open Meetings Act by Public Act 101-0640. The new
Section 7(e) provides that public bodies may hold entirely virtual public meetings without a quorum
physically present in any one location under certain circumstances and pursuant to various
requirements.
