I only mess up on da flick part idk why but if I get the flick I lose the pop and if I do the pop I lose the flick sometimes

Do you think hardflips or inward heels are easier? Hardflips to me are a lot easier (but are still hard), but whenever I try to inward heel, my legs go like completely crossed and the board kind of just flies out :/
