Показать описание
This time we will learn a SUPER important form called "TE form".
With this "TE form" you can make :
1. Request form (e.g. Please eat)
2. Present continuous (e.g. I'm eating now)
and much much more :D
We'll focus on the -iru / eru ending verbs first!

I dunno how any of your other students feel, Misa, but I find the length of these early videos i.e. between 15 and 20 mins absolutely perfect. There is so much information to absorb. My little Irish brain invariably tunes out when I try to do more than one lesson at a time.
But youre doing a wonderful job. I look forward to learning more from you every day xx

When you mentioned "okite!" I wondered if you would make the "onii-chan, okite!" example, I didn't expect you would actually do it xD so cute!

This is pretty cool! I've only studied formal speaking, so this is great to learn the informal speaking. 嬉しい!

sensei, definitely we can easily learn nihongo because the grammar and words are very similar to my mother tongue tamil

In tamil we have these words

kasu - money ( which has meaning of lend in nihon)
kiru/vettu - cut ( it is cut in japanese also)
kulandai - child ( Kodomo in japanese)
anna - elder brother
anni - elder brother's wife
kelu - listen ( it is kiku in japanese)
pesu - speak ( it is hanasu in japanese)
karku - learn ( kaku in japanee means to write)
Ippa/ippo - now ( it is Ima in japanese)

you are using Te form + iru to express continuous meaning. It is same in tamil aso.

sappittu kondu iru kiren ( Meaning I am eating food)
Nadandu kondu iru kiren ( meaning I am walking)

iru kiren is used to express continous. OMG. Japanese have enormous link with tamil, a south indian language also an official language of singapore and srilanka.
