35:51 i literally jumped of my chair, because one of the most unforgettable moments in Sea of Thieves that i had and i talk about this with my friends till this day was the day that i got in a group with a guy that was blind, and he was piloting our ship, we help him out with direction but he killed it, the best pilot i ever had and was one of the best experiences i had playing a game, and that was years ago, i added him on xbox live but i never played with him again, now i'm watching this documentary, and bam, he appeared out of nowhere, he was a really cool dude that left a great impression on me, shout out to him

The fact that Captain Flint himself narrated this was way too perfect. I was teary eyed watching this whole thing. Sea of Thieves has been a massive part of my life since it released. I love that Rare fully acknowledged the game was a flop at release and even features that as a part of their own anniversary video. Shows the passion and integrity for this project. As a day one player coming back and playing almost every day since season 8, it's refreshing to see Devs acknowledge their failures and come back even better. 👍

I cried and you know why? Because without knowing Owlet I was able to cross his requests and being myself a pirate of this community I wanted this comrade to be happy. Honestly knowing Rare from the start of the game, I knew he would give in eventually because this is Sea of ​​Thieves. Sea of Thieves saved me in 2020. I can't count the hours I spent with my crewmate exploring the ocean. It was our escape from reality. And we were bad at PVP, but after the disappointment, we tried the next day after work because it was so refreshing.

We are still too bad in PVP and life came back to normal. But I am always thinking about returning to the sea. It's calling!!

Thank you for the love you put in this game, thanks for hours of adventure and, over all, thanks for giving us fun in one of our hardest times.

What makes them truely special is they can have tremedous ideas, but they also aknowledge when they either do mistakes or do things that don't quite work. And then they use the feedback to make something brilliant.

When they told us they were gonna shut down the Arena, and then we got season 8, the studio gained my respect forever. They created a solution to fill a need and it did not quite work, they aknowledged it, they analysed the problem and used their previous work to make exactly what pvp players needed.

That is incredible work and decision making. I wish all studios were like Rare but i don't know anyone like them.
