What about Switchbot’s home assistant integration? Can we use the full function of the device for automation? I assume that the connection will be via Bluetooth with the home assistant

How many mm above the curtain rod does the switch bot ‘hooks’ sit? I’m trying to gauge how close to the ceiling I can get the rod to sit to account for space above to install the switch bot 3

Hey, another great video! I'm pretty much all in on Aqara, while controlling 95% of my devices via HomeKit, however SwitchBot's curtain driver seems to be the winner here. Solar charging is genius too! So I just want to double check please, if I get the SwitchBot Curtain 3, can I easily get that into HomeKit by connecting it via my Aqara M3 hub? Or do I need SwitchBot's own hub?

I just bought the Switchbot curtain 2 at the prime day. I'm really satisfied, but if I had known that there would be a new model a few weeks later, I would have waited. :D.

I'm currently looking at how to automate vertical blinds, it has two cords, one metal beads to tilt and a nylon cord for retracting.
Can you suggest a device that would work with a nylon cord? (I might need two devices for the tilt and retract).
