So, this was great! Izuku just gives off this natural...malevolence. Like, charmingly evil, and I did like that little bit of juxtaposition with "I'm not a little bird that needs your help to fly" with a picture of a younger Izuku with All For One, which (if I'm interpreting this right) means that he has already been guided before. I also like that you've cut out the main adult influences in regular Izuku's life, All Might, Eraserhead, and his mom. "I destroy their homes and then I watch them cry" especially with 'Izuku my baby' from his mother adds that extra evil 'oomf'
This is a great animatic, and I enjoyed watching it. And will probably put it on repeat a couple of times.

I love how Mirdoiya's eyes are red. I wonder, is that symbolizing him becoming evil? Or possibly being possessed?

The purple color of his quirk looks the same as Kurogiri's black hole! Or his quirk. I assume he is taken under the wing of Kurogiri???
Ha, if so, I wonder if Midoriya has met All For One?? Maybe that's the explanation for the red eyes. Who knows, All For One might have a body possession quirk somewhere and may be using it on Midoriya.

To be honest, if Mirdoriya was able to use his power at the actual 100%, -I don't know if the hundred percent he used against Muscular was his actually hundred- then imagine this- combined with his brains, he'd be one of the greatest adversaries of UA and his former classmates.

Especially considering that if able to do so, he would have the potential to be stronger than Bakugo, and even Torodoki- possibly seeing surpassing All Might....

I think it's be cool to think about- especially if Midoriya has grown perhaps tired of trying to be good? Or even if he was momentarily possessed.

It'd be especially interesting.

Because in reality surpassing Torodoki and Bakugo is challenging, as if Mirdoriya has yet to unlock the ability to use all a hundred percent, wouldn't that make Mirdoriya, at his strongest, stronger than both Torodoki and Bakugo?

Both struggle against Midorya now.

The turn of events would certainly be hard to determine.

I also love how Bakugo has Mirdoriya in that tidbit about saving family. Lolol sorry for such a long comment, amazing job again~!

I can imagine Nezu seeing izukus analysis and making him play the role of the villain for the class to defeat, and he just gets WAY into it because it’s just all these feelings he’s been holding in for a looonnggg time

Okay so my theory of the background was way off, but I don’t care! This sequel is so good and I love how his dark side is showing through more. I hope you continue animatics more often, including more of Villain Deku!
