URNOT red (e) the classic PlayStation slogan in the US. I was born after the PlayStation was released. Also the black on the bottom of the disc was to prevent piracy but it didn’t

I remember playing Mario Kart 64 and especially Super Smash Bros. since I'd get so mad at my older sisters who always kick my butt. When I got a bit older, I'd actually play the other games we owned for the N64 like Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Goldeneye, and SnowBoard Kids 2 to name a few.

I had mentioned in a past episode with you about basically my PS1 days, but I can go a bit further. PS1 was all I owned. There has yet to be a generation where I was able to afford more than just 1 system so I jumped ship from Nintendo to Sony to follow the Final Fantasy series. It took me the entire life span to finish Final Fantasy 7 & 2/3rds of Final Fantasy 8 before I was able to afford a PS2. Triple Play, Madden, Gran Turismo 2 & Tony Hawk 1 & 2 took pretty much the rest of my time. I played a little bit of the Army Men series and enjoyed them. Tecmo Super Bowl got a lot of time. My best friend and I spent a lot of time on RPG Maker. That same friend and I finished the last RPG I had got to the end of until last year which was Wild Arms. Ten Pin Alley of course & some other games here and there that escape me. I was in my early 20's at that time so beer, cards, friends & Magic the Gathering pretty much took over my life so games took a backseat which was unfortunate for me as I missed out on a ton of good games that I now have to find and visit among all the other great Nintendo games and such I never got to play. Another friend owned a 64 and played the shit out of Zelda and we would have 2 tv's hooked up while I played Final Fantasy and he played Zelda other than that though I have probably spent 5 to 10 hours with a 64 controller in my hand even though I have owned the 64 twice since then. That's probably a very exaggerated guesstimate. I can't think of 1 game I played for more than just trying out to see what it's like.
