1960-70's Argo 6x6 barn find! Why are we losing prime?

Vintage Argo 6x6 barn find. Sat for 20 years! We want to know, will it run? Google says they ran 1959-1978.. you tell me. So far the points have been sanded, flywheel, gastank, new lines from it with a siphon pump added in.. fingers crossed. Oh yeah, that's our dog Hank! Hes a Beable. Part Beagle, Part Bulldog. He really, REALLY gets excited over motors.
