Hyper realistic cakes are actually really easy to recognize if you are in physical contact with it. Fondant icing which they use to mold the cakes into strange shapes and paint has a very distinct feel to it, and you would definitely notice if you were to sit on it because it would feel like sitting on playdough and if you see she actually touches it immediately with her hand. The reason why people get it wrong on YouTube videos is because they are purposely not allowed to touch them.
