Thank you so much, after 50 years of being bilingual, i was starting to wobble with the use of "It is..." and "...is...". I am an Spanish speaker, and i have been doing a lot of manual work and having some stress in the last years, i hope its just that...😉. Thanks again. Its liked and subscribed. Hi Alex. Thank you so much for your videos, they have been very helpful to me.
I take advantage of you saying that "Every verb needs a subject" to ask you a question in regards to empty subject "it" when it comes to the verb "Mean."
Over the years I've often encountered the following pattern: (It's an example)
"The fact that you like it doesn't mean it's right." Do we add an empty "It" before "Doesn't mean" or not? Perhaps we would put it in if we split the sentence by adding a comma? Thank you.
